AAAAH, I LOVE THAT VIDEO. I actually prefer this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=VOMY2NxlQWk), which is set to the same song but with better editing. The other one is longer, though.
I really hope this show runs with the plotline for a while so I can be entertained. I sort of doubt they will, though. Gossip Girl is all about melodramatic relationships, and the whole appeal of Dan and Blair is that they actually seem like they could be happy and largely drama-free together. I mean, they fight. But it's a healthy, funny, non-destructive kind of fighting. And Blair schemes less when she's with him. And he's always offering to genuinely help her, while getting nothing in return, which is what partners do.
Actually, an interesting next step might be seeing if she learns to do the same for him in return. Because, while it's pretty obvious she has feelings for him, she hasn't really been returning the favor. Maybe she could start by... oh, I don't know, reading his whole book?
