Reaching forward, she grabbed the ancient handle, and pulled the door closed again. Turning around, she saw that the look on his face had become so self-congratulatory that there was nothing Hermione wanted to do more than to punch that look right off his face.
Well, almost nothing, anyway.
Lucius retraced his steps, backing her once again into the door.
“Time’s up,” he murmured, again using that husky voice that made her shudder. Except now she knew exactly why she was shuddering.
“What a pity,” she answered. Or at least, she would have answered, had Lucius not suddenly captured her lips with his, kissing her with an intensity that made her see stars.
Actually, she thought, her hands gripping desperately at his shoulders as she kissed him back, the cigarette smell is actually not too bad.
