oh, that's true. i forgot about that. the idea about that was mainly that it's an important day in every year that isn't on the calendar of her brain dir3ectly because of someone she knew. so, while emily died right around then, christmas itself is still about christmas. and the day emily died is the day emily died, which is probably another marker in her head.
