I love the distinction you made between his feelings for Marian before he left for the Holy Lands and after. I mean, I'm sure he cared for her, but they were probably both still teenagers, and too young and spoiled and cocky for it too be as deep as it is now. I also love the fact that Robin hasn't expected for Marian to have waited for him, that he's dreaming about how old her kids must be. Oh, Robin!
